I have the stylistic flexibility to write for your target audience – from blogs to academic essays, and everything in between. I’m also a skilled researcher, with experience working on a number of research projects in addition to completing my BA (English Lit) and MA (Film Studies) at the University of British Columbia. I’m comfortable conforming to UK, Canadian and American spelling.

I started editing in 2005 with Canada Stockwatch, which provided intensive training to Globe and Mail style. Since then I have worked with magazines, literary journals, academic journals, and literary publishers. Style guides I know include Chicago, Oxford, MHRA, MLA, APA and, as aforementioned, Globe and Mail. I pick style up quickly and can easily navigate house styles.

By studying and producing digital projects, I can approach them from various angles. Depending on your needs, I can build a digital project meant to sell or educate, or meet any of your other goals. I have executed digital projects from conception to marketing, which has made me a strong project manager as well as a valuable collaborator, as I am able to slip into any role I need to in order to get things done.
